SHIPPING

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location at product weight. Provided rates include residential delivery. We cannot ship deck over 8ft x 4ft in ONE PIECE. 10ft and 12ft decks will be made using 2 bloks as shown in the diagrams.

We strive to honour our quoted shipping rates for 99% of North American residences. In the off chance that we cannot ship to your location, we will reach out via email and find a solution that works. 

Lead Times

Decks are currently leaving our warehouse in Alberta, Canada in 13 business days from order date. Shipping times vary from 5-10 business days. 

Duty

Canadian customers are charged the tax rate of the province in the ship-to location. US customers will be assessed a 5% flat rate duty charge at checkout.
