SHIPPING POLICY
To ship products to you, we use a variety of shipping methods ranging from courier to LTL freight carriers. Depending on the size and weight of your purchase, we will choose the most timely and cost-effective method of shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
LTL FREIGHT DELIVERY
Items over 120 lbs ship via an LTL freight carrier that requires a scheduled delivery time that is arranged between the carrier and the customer (you!). You are required to be present at the pre-arranged delivery time to sign for the delivery and move your package into your desired location.
This delivery method is curbside drop-off unless otherwise specified by the customer and agreed to by blokDEK. The driver will arrive at the shipping address you supplied when ordering, and you are responsible for moving the products into your desired location. Some shipments may be delivered on a full-size semi-truck, so please be sure your shipping address can accommodate a full-sized trailer — or contact us beforehand so we can make alternate arrangements with the freight company.
If you change your shipping address once the product has left our facility, you will be responsible for any re-consignment fees that are incurred. Please be sure to contact us ASAP if you need to make any changes.
LTL shipments should arrive wrapped, strapped, and in good condition. Customers should check the packing slip and visible condition of the shipment before signing the delivery receipt. If there are any discrepancies or visible damage, they should be **noted on the delivery paperwork prior to acceptance**.
Once your shipment arrives at the destination terminal, the delivery company will contact you to arrange a drop-off time and date. It is the customer's responsibility to schedule this final step with the freight provider. Please ensure that we have a phone number on file where you can be reached.
Unless prior arrangements are made, the delivery driver **WILL NOT** carry your order into your desired location or assemble the product. Any additional services requested directly from the freight company will be the customer's responsibility.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your blokDEK shipment arrives damaged, we want to make it right. After reviewing any photos and details you provide, we’ll help you choose the best path forward:
Option A – Refuse Delivery
If the damage is clearly visible at the time of delivery, the best option may be to refuse the entire shipment. This ensures we can inspect the deck on return and send a replacement free from defects. Please note this may result in a longer wait time if specific components (like corners) are out of stock. We’ll communicate expected timelines clearly before proceeding.
Option B – Accept Delivery & Replace Damaged Parts
If the damage is minor or cosmetic, you may choose to accept the shipment and notify us afterward. Once unpacked and assessed, we will ship replacement parts at no cost to you. This is a great option if you’re eager to begin installation and the damage does not prevent use.
Option C – Full Refund
If neither of the above options works for you, we also offer a full refund. While we’re confident you’ll love your blokDEK once it arrives in perfect condition, we understand delays can be frustrating and will process your refund promptly if you prefer not to wait.

SHIPPING ZONES & RATES
All shipping rate offers apply to online store purchases only at the pricing listed on our website. blokDEK offers shipping to residential or commercial street addresses anywhere within the 10 Canadian provinces (excludes territories) and 48 contiguous United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii). If you live outside these areas, please contact us to discuss shipping options.
We only ship to valid street addresses — we do not deliver to P.O. boxes or military addresses.
You will receive an email notification when your product(s) have shipped. All orders are shipped from our Edmonton, Alberta, Canada warehouse.
UNFORESEEN SHIPPING AND ORDER ERRORS
If blokDEK cannot complete an order or needs to apply additional charges due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you prior to shipping. We reserve the right to cancel or revise an order for reasons including (but not limited to): new tariffs introduced between order and shipment, pricing errors, incomplete shipping details, or issues with credit verification or fraud.
CANCELLATION IN TRANSIT
If you cancel your order while it is already in transit, and without making a reasonable attempt to complete delivery, the cost of all related shipping charges in both directions will be deducted from your refund.
ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION FOR USA CUSTOMERS
blokDEK products are shipped from our Canadian warehouse and are subject to U.S. duties and tariffs. Your purchase price includes all required duty, tariffs, and brokerage fees for entry into the United States — shipments are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
If unexpected charges are incurred on arrival, please contact us immediately. We may also request additional information from U.S. customers for shipping or customs purposes.
